MediaSound is a Polish production music library offering music for films and presentations licensed under Royalty Free Music terms.
Royalty-Free Music License is a type of music licensing that grants the user the right to legally use a musical composition for copying (mechanical rights) and synchronizing the track with visuals (synchronization rights) within their film project, for which the user pays a one-time fee upon purchasing the license.
Depending on the type of license purchased, our production music works perfectly as:
The author of all tracks in the music library is Miłosz Pawski aka PeacockMusic. A composer and music producer with many years of experience, who has specialized in production music and composing custom film scores for over a decade.
Yes, depending on the client’s specific needs, we offer three types of Royalty Free Music licenses: Basic, Standard, and Premium. The licenses differ in their range of application.
Basic License – a personal use license allowing synchronization with one final product published online. A lifetime license that enables YouTube monetization, use in films, on social media and websites as background music. Audio files offered under the Basic license are MP3 (320 kbps) and WAV (16-bit, 44.1 kHz).
Standard License – extends everything included in the Basic license to allow use of the track in commercial projects (created for clients), paid digital advertising, video games, audiobooks, DVDs and other physical end products (limited to 10,000 copies), and permit public screening of films synchronized with the music. Audio files offered under the Standard license are WAV (16-bit, 44.1 kHz) and MP3 (320 kbps).
Premium License – extends everything included in the Standard license to allow use of music in productions created for TV/radio and streaming platforms (film, VOD), as well as in video games, audiobooks, DVDs and other physical end products with no copy limit. Audio files offered under the Premium license are WAV (16-bit, 44.1 kHz) and MP3 (320 kbps).
A single Royalty Free Music license allows synchronization of music with one film, excluding cyclical productions (series, episodes) where music is used in opening credits, closing credits, or other recurring segments of the film.

Content ID is an advanced content identification system used by platforms like YouTube to protect copyright. It allows owners of music, videos, and other digital materials to automatically detect and manage content that has been uploaded by users. Thanks to Content ID, creators have greater control over their intellectual property, and users avoid copyright infringement.
Yes, all tracks are registered in the Content ID system. This way, clients using our music avoid potential problems and we can protect our copyrights and prevent unauthorized use of our music.
Since all our tracks are registered in the content identification system, your videos may receive claims from HAAWK/Identifyy. This is a completely automated system and that’s how YouTube’s copyright algorithm works. There’s nothing to worry about, as the claims have no impact on your video or channel. If you use YouTube monetization, you can easily and quickly remove the claims by providing your licensing information.
Removing the claim is very simple and takes just a few moments. Simply click “dispute this claim” in your YouTube Studio and paste your license. That’s it! You can also do this through the form on the HAAWK/Identifyy website.
Yes, it’s very simple! Upload your video as usual, but set it to “private.” Then wait a few minutes and copyright claims may appear next to it. Dispute them, enter your license, and wait a few hours for the claim to be removed. Then set the video to “public”.
Absolutely not, if you don’t use YouTube monetization. Such claims are purely informational and their purpose is to highlight the authorship of the music in the video. This doesn’t negatively affect the video or the entire channel in any way. However, if you want to use monetization – then removing the claims will be necessary.
